fa آنالیز تخریب لوله‌های 7 اینچ خارج شده از چاه تزریقی پسآب کارخانه نمکزدایی نفت خام عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">در این پژوهش، علل تخریب لوله های 7 اینچ خارج شده از چاه تزریق پسآب کارخانه نمکزدایی نفت خام بررسی گردید. در این راستا ضمن تحقیق و بررسی میدانی لوله های خارج شده از درون چاه در هنگام استقرار دکل، ارزیابی شکل و میزان آسیب رخ داده، بررسی ارتباط آسیب رخ داده با ریزساختار، بررسی کیفیت آلیاژ از طریق آنالیز شیمیایی و سختی سنجی انجام گردید. همچنین با بررسی سوابق تاریخچه عملیات انجام شده جهت بهبود تزریق پذیری چاه و بررسی خورندگی سیال پسآب تزریقی کارخانه نمکزدایی در مجموع شواهد و یافته های حاصل شده برای تحلیل علل آسیب رخ داده استفاده شده و راهکارهایی برای کاهش احتمال خرابی در تجهیزات مشابه ارائه شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">This research investigates the damage to 7 inch pipes removed from the water injection unit of a desalination plant. This study involved field investigation and research on the sections of pipe remove from service. In order to analyze the mechanism of failure, the microstructure quality of the alloy through chemical analysis and hardness testing was investigated.
