fa مروری بر خوردگی‌های ایجاد شده در اجزای مختلف خودرو و پارامترهای موثر بر آن عمومى General پژوهشي Research خوردگی در بسیاری از قسمت‌های خودرو اتفاق می‌افتد و نه تنها به دلیل مشکلاتی که ایجاد می‌کند، نامطلوب است، بلکه ارزش فروش مجدد خودرو را کاسته و استحکام قطعات را نیز کاهش می‌دهد. لذا صنعت خودروسازی یکی از صنایع مهمی می‌باشد که در معرض صدمات و خسارات زیاد، ناشی از واکنش‌های خوردگی می‌باشد. انواع خودروها به دلیل در معرض قرار گرفتن در محیط اتمسفری، گازهای آلاینده و نمک‌های یخ‌زدا، دچار آسیب کلی و جزئی در اجزای مختلف همچون بدنه خودرو، اجزای داخلی موتور، رادیاتور، باتری، سیستم اگزوز، مخزن سوخت، سیستم‌های الکتریکی و... می‌شود. لذا با توجه به اهمیت بررسی انواع خوردگی‌های محتمل در خودروها در این مقاله به مرور کلی مقالات دیگر محققین پرداخته می‌شود. با توجه به آمار گزارش شده در مقالات، بیشترین میزان خوردگی عموما در موتور خودرو رخ داده و نوع خوردگی آن، خوردگی حفره‌ای و یا گالوانیک می‌باشد، هرچند خوردگی شیاری و یکنواخت نیز می‌تواند در باقی قسمت‌های خودرو همانند سیستم تعلیق خودرو و سیستم سوخت و... صورت گیرد. از عوامل موثر بر میزان و سرعت خوردگی در صنعت خودروسازی، می‌توان به میزان رطوبت نسبی هوا، میزان و نوع آلاینده‌ها، رطوبت سطحی و دمای کارکرد قطعه نیز اشاره کرد. قابل ذکر است شایع‌ترین آسیب‌های ناشی از خوردگی در موتور شامل مواردی چون احتراق ناقص و کاهش راندمان، انژکتورهای شکسته، گرفتگی فیلتر سوخت و روغن و همچنین عمر کمتر روغن مصرفی است.<br> <br> * آزادی، محبوبه - دانشیار، دانشکده مهندسی مواد و متالورژی، دانشگاه سمنان، سمنان، ایران.<br> تشکری ماسوله، محمد - کارشناسی، دانشکده مهندسی مواد و متالورژی، دانشگاه سمنان، سمنان، ایران. All types of cars, due to exposure to atmospheric environment, polluting gases, and deicing salts, suffer total and partial damages in various components such as car body, internal engine components, radiator, battery, exhaust pipe, fuel tank, electrical systems, etc. Therefore, based on the importance of investigating various possible types of corrosion in automobiles, reviewing of other papers was performed in this paper. According to the statistics reported in the articles, the highest amount of corrosion is generally occured in the car engine and the type of corrosion is pitting or galvanic corrosion, although crevice and uniform corrosion can also occur in other parts of the car such as the car suspension system, fuel system, etc. Air humidity, pollutants type and content, surface humidity, and temperature can be mentioned among the factors affecting the amount and rate of corrosion in the automotive industry.
